Acceptance
By creating an account or using ICC Trade Assistant ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclaimer.
What the App is
The App provides AI-assisted ICC (Indication, Correction, Continuation) trade analysis from user-uploaded screenshots, execution mapping, reminders, planning, and trade journaling. It is intended for educational, analytical, and journaling purposes.
What the App is not
The App is not a broker, exchange, or order-routing system. It does not place trades, manage positions, connect to any brokerage account, or provide auto-trading. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
User responsibility
You are solely responsible for all trading decisions, profits, losses, risk management, and execution. AI predictions may be wrong. ICC structure outputs are heuristic and may misread charts.
Account & eligibility
You must be legally permitted to use the App in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the App, attempt to bypass access controls, scrape content at scale, reverse-engineer the service, or upload content you do not have rights to. Do not use the App to violate any applicable law.
Intellectual property
The App's interface, content, and code are owned by the operators. Your uploaded screenshots and trade notes remain yours; you grant the App a limited license to process them in order to provide the service.
No warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.
Changes
We may update these Terms or the disclaimer version. When the disclaimer version changes, you will be asked to re-acknowledge before continuing.
